Mr Kader is a Chartered Accountant graduated with a Master Degree of Commerce (Accounting & Finance). He is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He has more than 20 years of professional experience in the fields of accounting, auditing, taxation, financial management, company formation, company laws, immigration consultancy, education & training and business management services. Before establishing DNH Consultants in 1998, he worked in both local CPA firm, foreign Audit Firm and Commercial Sectors for 9 years.
Mr Kader is also an Associate Lecturer in Accounting & Finance for Degree Courses offered by British, American and Australian Universities in Singapore. He has been teaching Accounting, Auditing, Financial Management, Marketing and Business Management in renowned Singapore Educational Institutes since 1994. Mr Kader is the Managing Consultant of DNH Group (Singapore).

Certified Public Accountant

Mr Hajamaideen is a practising Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in Singapore and graduated with a Bachelor Degree of Commerce (Accounting & Finance). He is a Member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Singapore, Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and Malaysian Institute of Accountants. He obtained his CPA designation in Singapore in 1989.
He has more than 30 years of post-graduate experience in management covering audit & assurance, accounting, financial management, taxation, company formation, corporate secretarial practices and immigration consultancy services for a broad range of individuals and industries. He is specialized in Audit & Assurance Services. Before founding his firm in 1989, he worked in both local CPA firms, commerce and industry for 12 years. |

Mr Hasan is a Senior Business Management Consultant graduated with a Bachelor Degree of Business Administration. He has passed the professional examinations of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He is a member of The Institute of Administrative Management (UK).
Mr Hasan’s extensive experience of over 25 years in both public and private sectors have made him a Senior Business Management Consultant for company formation, accounting, auditing, taxation, business advisory & management consulting and corporate secretarial services.
