Dr Kader is a Chartered Accountant graduated with a Master's Degree and a Doctorate in Commerce (Accounting & Finance). He is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and the Association of International Accountants, UK. His professional experience and expertise spans more than 25 years in the fields of accounting, auditing, taxation, financial management, company formation, company laws, immigration consultancy, education & training and business management services.
Dr Kader is also an Associate Lecturer in Accounting & Finance for Degree Courses offered by British, American and Australian Universities in Singapore. He has been teaching Accounting, Auditing, Financial Management, Marketing and Business Management in renowned Singapore Educational Institutes since 1994. He is the President of Jamal Mohamed College Alumni Association (Singapore Chapter).

Mr Hajamaideen is a practising Public Accountant and Chartered Accountant in Singapore and graduated with a Bachelor Degree of Commerce (Accounting & Finance). He obtained his CPA designation in Singapore in 1989.
